This online declaration form must be used to declare all horses for T.I.P. Championships. This form should be used for horses that are automatically qualified and horses that require a Hardship Request to qualify (more information on qualifying and hardship requests here). All declaration forms must be submitted electronically. After qualifying for the Championships or completing the horse shows required for a hardship request, owners and riders must submit this form. Note - this is not an entry form. All entries will be submitted with payment through Event Entries. After submitting the declaration form, you will receive notification of status via email. T.I.P. Championships is open to qualified and declared horses only.
